HelpDesk: How Do I Submit A New Support Ticket?

Summary:


While on our Website:


1. On the Support page (previous page), you will see an option to Submit a ticket




2. Please then choose your support need.  This information is critical in the troubleshooting process. Please be as intentional as possible when selecting the type of support needed.



3. If there are any remaining red asterisks (*) please be sure to enter the appropriate information.



4. Click the reCaptcha box to confirm you are not spam and hit submit.  This will place your submission in the support queue and will be addressed as soon as possible.


The fields marked with an * are required.


While on our News App:


1. Click on the TOOLS tab within the app.


2. Scroll down and tap on  "Contact Support" to send us an email.

This will place your submission in the support queue and will be addressed as soon as possible.
